Tharisa Minerals aims to provide recently graduated individuals with an opportunity to gain exposure to the work environment for a limited duration contract period of 2 years as a graduate in training. Tharisa Minerals GIT programme is a unique opportunity to gain business skills in the mining industry and gain exposure to the field of expertise as well as acquire critical business competencies.

Tharisa Minerals is offering Graduates with training exposure opportunities in the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering (GIT26-MCE)
• Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering (GIT26-M/CE)
• Employee Relations (Human Resources) (GIT26-ER)
• Information Technology (GIT26-IT)

To apply for our GIT Programme candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Graduate Interns must have National Diploma or Degree in one of the fields of study listed in the categories above.
• Must be a recent graduate (no prior work experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team.
• Ability to work in a mining or industrial environment.
