IVANPLATS (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines, is advancing the development of its world-class palladium-rhodium-nickel-copper-gold project in the Limpopo Province near Mokopane. This unique mineral deposit will be exploited using large mechanised state-of-the-art underground mining methods, deploying the latest technology to develop this “mine of the future”. - 7 x 10m³ Tipper Truck Drivers
- 4 x 18m³ Tipper Truck Drivers
- 1 x D8 Dozer Operator
- 10 x 740 ADT Operators
Minimum Requirements:
· Matric/ NQF Level 4
· Certificate/ licence & competency.
· 6 months experience working as an operator.
· Competency certificate
· Responsible for bulk earthworks operations.
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
• • Minimum of 6 months practical experience in operating the equipment on surface environment.
• • Medical Certificate of Fitness to work on surface.
• • Knowledge of large mobile equipment practices and operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
• • Optimal utilisation of the equipment to achieve mining targets as required by the contractor.
• • No machine damage by adopting good operating practices
• • Responsible for bulk earthworks operations.
• • Assist the load & haul miner to perform workplace Safe Declaration.
• • Ensure that the machine is refuelled and cleaned at the end of every working shift.
• • Ensure that paperwork to be filled in correctly
