- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) and National Cert level 4 Certificate GET Services with 50% Pure mathematics and Physical science.
- Applicant must reside in the Local Municipality communities.
- Successful Applicant will be required to submit proof of residence in Local Municipality community, by means of a letter from the ward counsellor.
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk-based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.

- Ensure that programme objectives and associated tasks are well understood.
- phases of the development programme within the specified timeframe and as per minimum requirements.
- Escalation of all queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where necessary.
- Adhere to all Mine standards and procedures.
- Perform all assigned tasks and assessments in a safe manner.
- Ensure effective team relationships.
- Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders within the business.
- Complete 3 months of practical training.
- Completion of all phases of the development programme within the specified timeframe and as per minimum requirements.
